Some great books on #leadership that I have been reading over the past few months. Highly recommend them. . Very grateful for these reviews and glad to see the book is connecting with developers. . The decision to shake things up on your team is always be yours to make. Like coding, it is a proactive endeavour that should never be triggered by someone "leaving" or wanting to "try something new” - it’s about constant iteration and change through refactoring. It's about you, looking at the group you have and figuring out a way to help them level up and as a result help your team level up as well. I wish I knew your name Kindle Customer but thank you nonetheless. . It’s okay to not “get it” - that’s actually the idea when you are learning something new. If you did get it you wouldn’t be learning how to get it. As shown in the video below sometimes not everyone else gets it and there is a much better idea out there, don’t hold back, put your hand up, get it and maybe lead others who are stuck too.
